A licensed hairstylist and cosmetologist with over three decades of experience in salon leadership, advanced education, and bridal and personalized styling, Michele has shaped her career around one core belief: beauty is personal and everyone deserves access to it.

After owning and operating a successful salon in Philadelphia, Michele transitioned into leadership and education, training stylists across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland. 

Michele’s expertise runs deep. She’s trained stylists at every level, built teams from the ground up, and mastered the art and science of hair—from color theory and correction to personalized, wedding, and everyday styling. Known for her deep knowledge and genuine care, Michele doesn’t just style hair, she prescribes what your hair and scalp need to stay healthy, vibrant, and effortless long after your appointment.

She works exclusively with clean, effective products that actually support real hair health, not just “sulfate-free” labels.
Today, she’s using that experience to create something new: a more compassionate, convenient, and culture-forward approach to beauty at the shore. Through Bougie Beauty Concierge, Michele offers salon-quality services that meet clients where they are—physically and emotionally—while fostering freedom and flexibility for stylists behind the chair.

Michele DiDonato, your Hair Confidante

After years of seeing a gap in our industry, I knew it was time to bring luxury, expertise, and convenience together. Bougie Beauty Concierge was created to meet clients where they are—literally. Today, I deliver natural, polished looks, treatments, and color on-location across the South Jersey Shore.

2025: Bougie Beauty Concierge Is Born

When my first child was born, I shifted my career to honor both my passion and my family. I continued teaching while stepping deeper into bridal styling. For the next two decades, I supported salon owners, styled countless brides, and brought in-home beauty services to clients who wanted ease without sacrificing quality.

2005: Motherhood + Bridal Magic

With experience in both education and ownership, I stepped into an Operations Manager role for a franchise group, helping recruit, train, and launch multi-unit salons across the tri-state area. It was the perfect blend of leadership, artistry, and business strategy.

2000: Scaling Beauty, Supporting Stylists

I opened my own salon in Philadelphia, learning firsthand what it means to run a business, lead a team, and care for a diverse clientele, all while refining my craft behind the chair.

1996–1998: Salon Owner Era

I began my career as a stylist and immediately dove deep into education. I became a certified colorist, earned accreditation with Sassoon Cuts, and was published in Passion magazine for men’s hair. This decade also kicked off my work as an educator, training stylists through Matrix and Jean Madeline Education.
